My seasoning mix was created to enrich our meals with all the natural spices and herbs of the Earth. I created this mix to encourage others that you can cook fine dining cuisines with all the natural spices & flavours of the Earth, WITHOUT TABLE SALT.

This mix was also created to remind myself, & all the kindred spirits - to use for your cooking, sea salt or Himalayan salt, Strictly!

Sea Salt contains 82 minerals whilst Himalayan salt contains 72, and table salt 2 minerals only. These 2 mineral are SODIUM and CHLORIDE – which actually creates SODIUM CHLORIDE (now 1 mineral) when left together. Sodium chloride, when ingested or injected directly into the body is actually lethal for the body! Therefore, unbeknowing to many, TABLE SALT is actually the cause of many many many conditions & illness that our people suffer from.
