I created this tonic, like all of my products, for my own healing, with the raw resin gums of both myrrh & frankincense. These oils carry a wealth of healing benefits due to the range of properties they contain. These properties include antimicrobial, antifungal, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anticatarrhal. It is also an immune booster, a circulatory tonic as well as been an antispasmodic (preventing or alleviating muscle spasm).

These oils prevent microbes from infecting your system and also from them growing through its antimicrobial properties. These oils are also a natural astringent, which means that it strengthens the gum & muscles, intestines and other internal organs as well as smoothen the skin. This oil will also strengthen the grip of your hair roots, thereby preventing hair loss.

The most important part of its astringent property is that it stops haemorrhaging in wounds. The astringent from this oil makes the blood vessel contract and checks the flow of blood; it can stop you from losing too much blood when wounded.

These oils stimulate – your brain and thoughts, blood circulation, digestion, the nervous system and excretion. It also stimulates the pumping action of the heart.

As mentioned above, its anticatarrhal properties helps to relieve the body of excess mucus and phlegm and all its related problems like congestion, breathing trouble, heaviness in the chest & cough.
