Both are resins of the native trees from the Middle East and Northern Region of Africa. Both these resins are collected from injuries to the bark of their trees. First the bark is damaged, then, after the resin leaks out to seal off the damage – that’s where chunks of it are gathered.

Frankincense & myrrh has been used since ancient times, to create a sacred space. This ancient practice is still tradition today as it is widely used for meditation, prayers, medicine and for general wellbeing. It was first used by the Egyptians and the ORIGINAL Jews, and is still used today for that same medicinal and spiritual healing.
