Colon Cleanse Detox
Toxins and pathogenic organisms in the body contribute to redundant colon by causing illness, disease and other health issues. If and when toxins and bacteria remain in the colon too long, they can contaminate the faecal matter and cause colon obstruction. In order to heal your intestines, to reduce mucoid plaque, to rebuild your intestinal flora and to cleanse your blood and lymph, you need to FIRST cleanse your bowel and intestines.
A bowel cleanse can take from 3 to 4 weeks – up to a few months, depending on the person. However, do not get discouraged because it is worth it and you will benefit greatly by it promoting healing of inflammatory bowel diseases and many more. Begin transitioning to a diet rich in raw fruits and vegetables with very few cooked or processed foods to help keep you digestive system free from mucoid plaque. With this, toxins will not build up, and foods will be fully digested and used.
Start your detox program with the colon cleanse. A good cleansing program should always begin by removing the waste in your colon – which is the last stage of your food processing chain. Don’t attempt to clean your liver, blood or lymph system without firstly addressing a waste-full bowel. (Doing so will cause) If you cleanse any of the other organs and systems first, then you will cause the excreted toxins to get recycled back into the body.
Also good to note, our bodies release odours through our sweat, urine and breath. Bad body odour is generally caused by a mixture of sweat & bacteria. However, body odour that smells like faeces is often a symptom of bad diet, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) or diseases in which the bowels experience blockages that prevent the body from properly filtering and eliminating waste.
