Similar to Irish Moss & Kelp, Bladderwrack is great for any thyroid problems, obesity (helps to lose weight by balancing out any thyroid problems) It is used to relieve pain, in particularly joint pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis by reducing inflammation. It also helps with constipation due to its fibre content (Calginic Acid – a kind of dietary fibre) this helps greatly with constipation but also relieve diarrhoea, and keep your bowel movements more regular.
